I wear it with the compression shorts it comes with and they have a build in jockstrap the does a superb job of holding my cup in place. Despite lunges and movement, the cup stays in place and I've taken many direct hits and have felt nothing. It's better than a Shock Doctor cup in terms of blows from below as it cups my balls. I've worn many cups over the years and the Diamond MMA cup is the best I've ever worn. It's also the only cup I can wear for hours without noticing. A great cup for guys who engage in extreme sports and need outstanding protection.
