Once at the urologist I told him I had been wearing one due to tender testicles but he never had me drop my shorts. I had been wearing a jock to my physicals for several years and never had to strip until last year. This is crazy since you are expecting a full physical exam. That is until last year when my doc decided to check my prostate for the first time in 10 years. So I turned around, dropped my shorts and then my Blue GYM jock to my ankles and bent over the table. He lubed his finger and then my ass and went to probing my prostate. Slowly I pulled the jock back up and then my shorts. I never got a comment but, I should have explained to him why I wear a jock. I know he has seen it in past years because he straddles the table behind me to listen to my lungs with my shirt up and my jock waistbands were always visible above my shorts.

The local health clinic sends one of their doctors to the firehouse to do the whole shift at one time. Most of us wear jocks while at the firehouse because they help when we have to lift the heavy equipment. At physical time we'll strip down to our jocks and the doctor will examine us one by one. You see a lot of asses but we've seen them all before. Just all the closeness guys on shift together.
