I put on a swimmers jock then a regular 3 inch waistband jock and I slip the Nutty Buddy cup between the jocks. Works better than a jockstrap with compression shorts for me.

My racquetball partner does the opposite, cup jock and cup first and then a 3 inch Bike over the cup and jock to prevent that gap at the bottom of the cup. Can never be too safe with flying balls!

Author: excanuck99 Date Posted: 3/30/2022 12:00:00 AM	Subject: double jocked and double cupped When I engage in contact sports or any sport where I may take a shot to my dick or balls, I first put on a jockstrap and cup. I then put on another jock to keep my cup in place and stop it from shifting when I lunge. I find full contact sports very manly and like to play hard but only if I am heavily protected where it counts. For ice hockey where I play goalie, I've had a cup crack in the past so I now always wear two cups. I first put on a Shock Doctor carbon flex or Titan Alloy cup and then on top of that I wear a BIKE banana cup. I finish by putting on a pair of compression shorts. Even wearing maximum protection with two high impact cups, I often end up with sore balls from taking a direct hit with a puck.
