Subject: Hanging Up Your Jock?
I have started wearing my jock to the shower room, after my workout at the gym. I like to hang my jock on the hook with my towel, outside the shower stall. I get excited thinking about other men staring at this sweaty jock just hanging out. Anyone else do anything like this? |

I used to do that as well and even a few times took it a step further and at a local pool with gang showers (miss them) would go enter the showers in my swim trunks and jock underneath, then get down to my jock to wash my trunks, hang them on the hook, then wash my jock and hang it on over them. I stopped doing it because I can see how some might find it unhygienic, but hey they were both cleaned with soap and water.
On a side note, when I was in college, after lifting I would head to my locker and strip down but leave my swearty gym shorts tee and jock right on the floor next to my locker (shower sandles are a must in public locker rooms as my time in the military taught me) while I went to shower.
I liked the idea of guys seeing that some young men still wear them until one day I walked back to my locker from the shower and found someone had snagged my jockstrap. I was amused but then kinda pissed as it was one of my favorites, an old grey Bike. Hope whoever snagged it enjoyed because it was quite damp from my lift. |

When I first read the the Subject line, I was concerned that you were FIGURATIVELY hanging up your jock! Sounds like a great idea. Safer, too, since it's a lot riskier for someone to swipe a jock that close to the owner showering right next to it. (For Rex, too bad the jock snatcher didn't leave his damp jock for you! In my book, that would have been okay!) I might have a McDavid "dummy" jock to hang up since I prize my vintage wheel BIKE jocks, and don't want to see them disappear! |

I wear the same jock all week at school. I do shower everyday before heading home but on Fridays, I wear my jock into the shower. It gets washed when I was. I then hang it on a hook in my office to air dry over the weekend. At the gym, i do the same thing. My jock gets washed when I shower. Walking back m to my locker, my towel is over my shoulder and I'm carrying my jock. |

Like Coach Ben, I too wear my jockstrap all week and will then wear my jockstrap into the 14 man gang shower at my local YMCA. I wash it while still wearing it, then take it off and rinse it out and hang it on the towel hook beside the shower head for all to see. Once I am done with my shower, I dry off and then I roll my strap into the towel to get as much water out of it as I can. I then walk naked to my locker and place my jock on a hook in the locker to dry over night.
I never leave my jocks laying out on the floor by my locker while showering because I know some one will steal it and I love all my jockstraps too much to lose any of them. |

I started showering my my jock in high school. I saw team mate was doing it, so I did too. Soon we all were. Soap up while jocked. Remove and rinse jock, hang on hook in locker to air dry. The only thing better than seeing a bunch of jocks hanging in out mesh lockers was seeing the jocks on the guys.
