I've purchased jocks at Sports Authority, Kmart, WalMart, Target, Dick's, Academy, Modell's, Olympia Sports, City Sports, Marshall's, TJMaxx, and even found a vintage jock in its original box at Goodwill! I've also purchased jocks online from Jockstraps.com, Jockstrap Central, International Jock, Amazon, Macy's and eBay. And even purchased a jock from International Male who knows how many years ago -- and who knows what happened to that jock! I've just started buying vintage jocks and it's becoming pretty addictive! I checked out "the coach" modeling his vintage jocks on his Jockstraps.com website and was astounded at the number of jock manufacturers over the years, and the wide variety of jocks that were once manufactured. I was also impressed by coach jocked up in his huge collection of vintage jocks!

It's amazing to think, but I haven't bought a jockstrap in years! Wait, no, that's a lie. Bought one last year from a hockey shop in Vancouver. They were selling a fairly rare CCM Pro Jockstrap at retail. Those things go for 2x or more on ebay.
Online is fun, using jockstraps.com supports this site, but in person is fun too.
Dunham's used to have a good selection. Dick's and Sport Authority seem to have limited options these days.
@MAjock, I found a few vintage military jocks (Martin Brothers brand) at a surplus store a few years ago. Those were a great novelty. Not a great jock though :/
My new purchase will probably be from Sideline Swap. It's a fairly PG site, but if you search around you'll find some jockhounds. |

Subject: Where Do You Buy Your Jockstraps
During my HS and Collage sports we would be issued 3 at the beginning of each season. Not sure why 3 was considered the norm but it was. Because they were not enough I use to go into the local sporting good store and buy them. I would look at the rack of Bike and decide how many and which style I wanted then toss 7 to 12 on the counter with all my other workout clothes on the counter. I would start opening them up to make sure they were the rite size and the person behind the counter would follow suite and check them with me. It was a man's zone where jockstraps were considered essential. In the past 15 years I have bought them off of E-Bay, at Sports Authority, and even off Amazon. I miss the old school Sporting Goods Store and Locker Room where men were men, a jockstrap was standard and not to be ashamed of. Men are men who like to be naked. A jockstrap offers support and that is all a man needs. |

Subject: Jockstrap Shopping
I have bought several off of E-Bay. I really like it when I get a school pack of Bike jockstraps. I only buy something I will wear but there is something about getting a pack of 12 jockstraps just like the ones I wore that turned me on. Not to mention they are very comfortable. |

Have over 300 jocks, bought them on-line, at Wal-mart, Target, Dick's. Great store in Dallas is Skivvies. Great selection, you're allowed to try on and helpful clerks. |

In recent years I’ve been buying my jockstraps online. Years ago there were more places to buy them in person in a store. Most recently my purchases have been from jockstraps.com and jockstrapcentral.com. |

Sivvies....not sure if it is the same store but I did buy out their inventory of The Grey waistband 3" Bike Jockstraps. A signature was required and since I was not home it went to a Fed-Ex location. A signature was required since the purchase was over the leave at the door limit.

MAjock. I never saw the last 3" Bike in a store. I had to order them on line and I still think if Bike had still made the 3" strap as an option when they changed style to the grey waistband with BIKE in the waistband they might have held on a year or two longer |

Most of mine were bought in sporting goods stores, mostly Dunhams (Duke, Mueller, Adams) Sports Authority and now Hibbetts (McDavid). I have a few school packs from ebay years ago. Before Sports Authority went out I bought eight 2 packs of Bike, got a weird look from the clerk and a comment "you know those aren't returnable" Wondering what he thought I was going to do with them? |
