Subject: coaches that wear cups
baseball coaches. especially base coaches.
I know the two coaches on my friend Jayden's middle school team who go out on the field both wear them.
I have seen a few Lacrosse coaches who wear them, but most would wear them more likely for practices when they would be out on the field and in the possible way of an errant lax ball. |

Subject: Always cup up when coaching
I teach and also coach junior and high school baseball. I always wear a cup and indeed have lost count of the number of times I have had a young kid swing the bat back and almost connect with my junk. I also practice fielding grounders and have taken a few blows to my cup. I never go out to practice without first popping a cup into my jock. |

Subject: Cup an Absolute Requirement
Get hit in the nuts a few times and you will wear a cup--Not wearing a cup is a poor way of hurting your balls. A cup is a nut/ball saver, period. |
